As others have said, Hammer on the dolly. You can work the doors on the truck or make a simple holder that uses the hinge mounts. made mine a lot easier to work.
It'll go back, I learned a lot while doing my latest one as it had dents and oil cans WAY worse than that. Looked liked mine had hauled telephone poles on top of the cab over plowed ground!
Put the dolly inside the door and hammer from the outside. It doesn't really matter which side you hammer from if you're on the dolly as you are Squishing the metal, making it stretch back.
Use a straight edge to get it close and I'd suggest starting on one of the smaller areas first so you get the idea. Post if you need more help.
