None of that sounds rare to me at all for a 1966

The blue color may be a little less common than some of the other colors, but I don't think it is rare or more valuable.

All of the 1961-68 WM300s got the serial number stamped on the passenger side of the frame, so that is not rare at all.

All of the 1961-68 WM300s got the 251ci engine, so that is not rare at all.

I'm not sure what bump you are talking about. Are you sure your truck even has the original engine? Don't worry about little details like that and how they effect the value (they wouldn't even it was correct) until you are sure the engine is even the correct one for the truck.

Things that add value to these trucks:

Condition
Options like a winch or a bed
Condition
Condition
The interest level of the buyers that contact you

As others said, find some trucks in the classifieds that are about like yours and you have a starting point. Every truck is unique and not everyone gets their asking price, so your truck may not be worth every penny that some other similar truck was listed for sale at.

Good luck,

Eric
