I ordered my parts from Charles Talbert at M Series Rebuild. This is a list of parts and costs(as of 2 years ago). When you have replaced all of these parts you can feel assured that the job is complete and done right.

Upper trunion cones, 2 needed $37.04
Upper trunion cup 2 needed, $21.74
Front axle inner hub cone 2 needed, $52.80
Front axle outer hub cone 2 needed, $74.24
Inner shaft bushings 2 needed, $80
Inner axle oil seals 2 needed, $24
Inner hub seals 2 needed, $24
Knuckle felt kit, $14
Knuckle felt retainer gaskets, 2 needed, $10
84 oz. of NLGI 2 wheel bearing grease, $24.00
Labor, $0.00

Total parts for knuckle/hub= $361.82

One thing I’ve found to always be true without exception is that good parts are not cheap and cheap parts are not good. The bushings I ordered are custom machined SAE 660 bronze (932 alloy). The seals are current production National seals. I chose them due to the vulnerability of NOS leather. I also chose to replace the upper trunion bronze cone with a Timken 23100 tapered bearing. The bearing over bearing is a sweet set up unless you are using your truck as a trail truck or tractor.

As for the disc brakes, it was a cookbook conversion from UglyTruckling.com

Disc brake kit from Uglytruckling, $530.00
2 rotors, Napa #4885677, $83.98
1 left side caliper, Napa # 242-2023, $17.99
1 right side caliper, Napa # 242-2022, $17.99
Core charge on calipers, $44.00
Brake pads Napa # SS-728AM, $36.99
Labor, $0.00

Total parts cost for brakes= $730.95

Grand total for the entire project=$1092.77

Also, as mentioned earlier, I highly recommend lockout hubs. They will save a lot of wear and tear.
