I would expect the bushings that support the axle at the tracta to be worn out. There are 4 of them 2 in the spindles and two inside the knuckle. There are also seals inside the knuckle. I have found Bob Stahl of Veteran Vehicles to be very helpful and I think he has all the axle parts you need. I don't have his number handy but I think someone posted it just recently or google veteran vehicles.
