most of the time, the only way to complete a deal is to hit fast with cash. lots of guys on the selling side saying the same thing about buyers. i bought my boat from a guy who wanted to sell it for a long time. too many guys came to look and go for a ride and then have to think about it or ask the wife. i saw the boat, sea trialed it with surveyor next day and bought at a fair price. still in regular contact with the seller who has been helpful. that communication with the past owner has a value that has proven to be greater than if i beat him up for a few short dollars.
