A neighbor was lifting a load of logs on a wagon. To get under the wagon to weld a quick piece over a crack in the rear suspension. He was using his tractor to lift the wagon. At a height that he could get under the wagon he went and got the welder. While under the wagon, the quick attach loader on the tractor broke a bolt that holds the rear mount of the Q A loader. The loader sliped forward from the front brackets.Causing the wagon and the loader to crash down upon him.
He did not have any cribing or blocks to hold the over weight load up in case of failure of the tractor/loader.His leg was shattered in 6 places,he will never have use of that leg again!
His mistake too heavy of a load and no saftey in place. Worst part he laid under the wagon until his wife came home from work.Use extra caution when your under anything junoir copey
