Nope, the better half is not from Cartagena, her Uncle just happens to live there and owns a really nice restaurant. She took me there once and I really enjoyed it.
She was born and raised in Bogota but lived in Cali when we met. When she retired, she moved here, we were married and now she takes care of me. :-) She still has a 93 year old Mother and her brother in Bogota.
