Welcome, you have a Town Wagon or town panel, Power Wagon. The 8 bolt wheel pattern is 1/2 ton. The large 6 bolt is one ton. Engine could be 230 six or maybe 315 v8. Not sure that they had the 318 until later. If the engine is a v8 with an open intake manifold over a tin cover it is probably the 315.
