If its a Ferd thats normal engine is worn out. LOL. This is my quess, Cold engine some unburn fuel that goes out the exhuast pipe. Runs a little rich cold then clears up when warmer. Do you have it plugged in or not? Only notice it in really cold weather. Have Fun , Bill.
