Spring U Bolts shoudl NEVER be reused once Torqued. The Deep nuts distort the thread and will not allow proper torque. Further you have no way on knowing if some Dude yielded the Spring U Bolts when he tightened them.

Any spring shop can/will bend new U Bolts for Cheap. Go with new U Bolts, new hardened washers and new deep nuts for safety.
