The only way they could have moved the jobs overseas is if gov. did not protect(tax) the incoming goods to keep the jobs at home
and the thugs in gov. were behind not protecting and were also behind opening the flood gates to mass immigration, because the thugs in gov. are bought and paid for by the thugs they work for.
so yes gov. policy not only allowed it to happen they made it happen.
