Thanks, On the electric the screw in the lower area of what I believe is the outside cover (just looking to be absolutely certain) is how the electric ones are held in place.

I did happen to notice my 46 PW cab's passenger side hole was installed after the truck left the factory, and is slightly high. Wish I'd caught that before the body work and paint.
