I am not anti union, just their heavy handed tactics on pensions, and not being able to get rid a a poor employee.
Greed and profits have always driven capitalism.
Everyone in the chain, if they are producive deserves their share of their productive effort.
But we have to be competitive here in the USA. The minumim wages prevents from hireing entry level employees.
Even on the farm, because of the unions, I cannot hire a kid in the 8th grade and pay them a lower wage than I am paying a trained H2A guest worker.
Go to the auto parts store and see where everything was made or assembled. Mexico was on a lot of the auto items I looked at a NAPA.
