Fleabag here, got a question on the truck I am building. I have a wc 6x6 military frame and noticed after mounting my new Sta Super Lugs on the front that there is a noticeable positive camber on both sides. I am using the front axle housing off the WDX that the cab cab off of, why because of the passenger side front shock mount on the housing. The knuckles are from the original 6x6 axle housing, why because the ones of the WDX knuckles hole for the tie rod was oblong. The original WDX was a 4.89 gear truck and had the shorter tires on it. My question is do the ffpw"s have a positive camber and if so being a 4.89 housing with the taller tires just magnifying the camber or did the change of knuckles cause this? I have the original 6x6 axle housing and look's to be good to use if I have too just would have to modify the shock mount from the old knee action shock system. Fire away on comments and suggestion's Fleabag!!
