Color seems to have no bearing on the price of vintage trucks & I'm not really sure why. I guess because many were painted when new since these mostly were used in commercial applications?
Some of the WDX's-WM300's that have sold for the most money over the past 10 years haven't even been a color that was available on a PW.
That may change in the future as they become more collectible but I doubt it.
The most compliments I ever got on a PW were on the blue 46 WDX that Jim Hetric now owns in CA & it was not an original blue truck & the original blue was WAY darker.
