I just finished with a 48X30 and Ron is right. I already wish I had made it bigger. I did a pole building and in the end would have been better off stick framing it. The only thing I like about the pole building is that I decked the attic with 1/2 inch plywood and there aren't a lot of trusses in the way (just one every 12 feet). In my opinion pole buildings are great when you arent planning to finish the interior (cost wise I think it ended up almost a wash after the finish work). I put 1/2 inch OSB behind all the sheet rock on the walls. This way I can screw on light shelving etc wherever I want and don't have to worry about "bumping" holes in the walls when loading/unloading pallats off my racking with the fork lift.
