Where's the leak?

Gentlemen,

Need some advice. Just had a rebuilt put back in my 48 Dodge PW and notice a small drip of antifreeze coming down the front of the block and then ending up on the underside of the oil pan in the front of the truck. The radiator was tested and some welds were made to prevent any leaking. I've checked all the hoses and re-tightened the clamps - no apparent leaks. Could it be the water pump? Not familiar with how that bolts to the block. And, could I pressurize the system to find it? Sorry for the long email.
