They appear to be retreads, with new tread.
I checked the Michelin site and they have a retread warranty that warrants the tire for the life of the tread. No mention is made of tire age which I find strange being a radial.
I thought 6 years was the max with a radial, but maybe that is for light truck and car tires???
Still have not heard from the seller as to the date code.
