You're pretty much out of luck. There are older Dodge 20 inch rims with narrow rim width's that may not be wide enough for a 20 inch xl and may not have the correct rim offset for the PW. It definately will not have the right look. Most tires outside of Military require a wider rim width to get the 35 inch dia. or greater. Here is some info:

395/70R/16 = 38 inch dia.

315/75/R16 = 34.5 inch dia.

There are tires made in China that are copies of the XL, but getting them without buying 100 at a time is almost impossible. The Michelin 1100/R16 are far and few now unless you buy from sellers overseas. There are nice non-Military tires that are reasonably priced and look nice. Summit Mud Hog is an example and you can get 4 315/75R/16's on ebay for less than a $1,000 with free shipping. Here is the link for a pic.

The tire does require a minimum rim width of 8 inches. We are approaching the point where we are limited to the 3 style tire choices that VPW sells or having to modify PW rims to have more choices.

The other option is changing differentials to later bolt patterns for greater choices in rims and tires.
