I sure wish I lived in your town & owned a new home...I'd trade you straight up!
I just love old homes. The house can be replicated but the history & stories she could tell will take another 150 years.
Living in a faithfully restored old home is just like driving a WDX..it just brings you back to a simpler time.
Who needs a dishwasher or any of our new crap, I say!
Incidentally, speeking of old homes, did you know that dishwashers & built in vacuum cleaners existed over 100 years ago?
