I am using a Windows 7 64 bit machine and I checked the following browsers:
Opera 11.60
Chrome 16.0.912.63 m
Firefox 7.3 and 8.0
IE 9.0.8112.16421
All the browsers displayed the red banner the same as your image above, except IE which displayed the color as more orange, the raised effect was lost, and the font or maybe an effect to the lettering changed.
With the rest I could click from window to window without seeing any real change.
It also looks correct on Safari in iOS 5.0.1
Weird that IE was the one that did not render right, normally that is the one I check if I suspect some other browser is displaying wrong.
