I own a 96 jeep cheeroke sport 5 speed it runs great 4.0 motor 230,000 miles . there is a big differance in qualty of all vehicles after the year 2000 everything is made so cheap and unfixable i stick with the oldies at least i understand how they work the less electronics the better 42 willys mb 44 willys mb 74 Ford 350, 86 Ford 250, 73 gmc 3500, 96 jeep cheeroke sport ,98 dodge cummins 12 valve 5 speed only automatic is the 86 ford.Once you cross over into the 2000s you are at the dealers mercy.
