My brother had the same scenerio and talked his wife into letting him go fishing with my dad out on a boat one day.
You can guess what happened. He had to drive back at breakneck speed to arrive at the hospital about the time the birth happened. Normally he would have been 2 hours away but I think they made it in 90 minutes. She was not a happy camper!
