Im re doing my bathroom. Complete redo,
30 years old drywall behind tile soft wood rot tile comming loose..
Wanting to maybe do a log cabin rustic look like I did the living room.
Shower stall in tile. Up about 4' im wanting to put rought sawn oak. Then Drywall up from there...
My question is if I put the rough oak in the dry out of shower areas..
Is it going to cause mold or mildew issues with plain unfinished rough oak in a bathroom prone to moisture?.
I know there are a few contractors here,looking for any and all pro's and con's.
