Nobody wants to think about the bad news. Everyone just wants to save a buck, head home & not think about the consequences. They look in their bank account & think they've actually saved money but truthfully they've just made it just that little bit tougher for they children & grand children to get employment.
Sure the wages will equalize...you can see it happening already. The wages were $18/hr here & $.50 there...by 2025 they'll be $9/hr both there & here.
I'm with you Bob...there's still a few of us left who'd rather own a $500 socket set made here than a $30 one of the same quality made in Asia.
