A term by Joseph Schumpeter which basically says, out with the old and in with the new in terms of business. We can't bring back the Pony Express because something better came along: the Railroad! Can't bring back the RR cause something better came along: trucks and airplanes. List goes on. It is time for the mail service to either change with the times or go away and let FREE ENTERPRISE take charge.
