normally when you speak to someone who owns the vehicle they speak left or right from the drivers seat, when you speak to a mechanic, he speaks to you from his normal vantage point, in front with the hood up!! about 20 years ago I stopped referring to anything on a vehicle as right or left, I started refering to all things as passenger side or drivers side. STOPPED all the confusion about which side of the vehicle the disscussed problem is on. Dave.
