Congratulations on the retirement! Reminds me of a Jimmy Stewart scene from the movie Cheyenne Social Club. He was leaving a cattle drive and his partner asked if he was going to tell them he was leaving. He said "They knew I was leaving when I signed on." You must have worked for an outfit about like the one I was with for a long time. I did give a notice when I left but only because I still needed a reference. We had several over the years who just left and didn't return. It always boosted morale for a short time.
PW content: You really should have consulted with a wiper engineering company or perhaps some government agency like DMV before the modification you describe. I hate to think my children might someday be traveling the same road as your "bootleg modified" truck. lol
