Wait until you get the drums off, then you know what you are dealing with.

Then, you can measure the shoes and see what they look like. There are odd Dodge truck brake shoes all the time on ebay.

If the shoes are still in good condition,they are going to last a long time on an old Dodge truck. Otherwise, if you can't find replacements, you can get them relined pretty easily if the metal is not torn up.

Old timers at brake shoe relining places can probably tell you what shoes will fit just by looking at them.

Once you get the wheel cylinders apart, you can measure the bore and get new cylinders or rebuild kits at NAPA.
