I ask because I have seen some PWs with car engine fan pulleys and they are much larger than stock PWs so it slows the fan down too much. have you ever tried the Wetter wAter stuff? dont know the actual brand name. I have never needed it but have heard it makes collant stay much much cooler in climates like yours.
