Is this something recent? I just received an order from International Tube and Tire last week. Unless it is a different company than what you are referring to. I had a need for a half dozen 9.00 X 16 tubes with the TR15 offset valve stem. Coker had them for $33 and change apiece. Started looking on the internet and found IT&T. Could not access their website, but was directed to a YouTube video of all things of Gerry Clark talking about inner tubes. I called the 800 number and since it was Sunday, I left a message on their voicemail. First thing Monday morning, Gerry calls me and quotes me a price of $18 and change per tube. I placed the order and received it that Friday. Brought them to my tire guy,(not a soccer mom tire shop), and he was very impressed with the thickness and quality of the tube. He mounted them and I was on my way. The 800 number is 800-325-2860.
