you dont want a flexible suspension when you are building a truck you are going to haul a couple tons of stuff in. The WC and PW were built with massive frame flexability and stiff springs so you could have a big load and have it stable no matter what, and not damage the springs or frame. That is why the frames have no gussets and the cab is mounted with springs to allow for tons of frame flex. WCs and PWs have excellent articulation for their class of vehicle. Much more than even a Defender 90 and that was the best on the market back in the 90s. lots of thought and engineering went into our trucks.
