I do not believe the green to be original. I can see places where it appears to be chipping off and older colors showing through. There is red around the choke cable knob and also in the center of the dash. Black can be seen on the door and kick panels and I would expect these to be black on a truck of this vintage. The two rectangular gauge glasses appear to have been masked off and painted around with green paint on the bezels. I see what appears to be green overspray on the firewall pad.
But it does look like a very nice truck. It is unusual to find one with the original wood still in the floor of the box and still in usable condition.
