Cummins "53" block settlement

If you own a '98-'01 Dodge with a Cummins "53" block, there is a class action lawsuit you may be able to participate in. Check it out at:

These engines were cast with the "53" on the block, and have an inherent weakness to cracking. This is the first time I have heard of anything being pursued.
