Since all Bankruptcy filing is now electronic, you should be able to call the Bankruptcy Court it was filed in, and generally the clerks are very nice and helpful.
ALL assets in the Bankruptcy filing will be listed, so if your truck was in the inventory the Trustee can and should tell you where it is. Since it was consigned you stand a good chance of getting it back.
You said you got the notice today, so the filing is fairly recent. There should be on the notice the time and place of the Trustee's hearing. You are entitled to attend and question the Debtor about your truck.
Since they filed 7 it will be a total liquidation. Somebody screwed up by assuming a consigned truck was part of the estate.
If the dealer sold the truck before filing or sending you the money you may be able to screw with the current possessor and bring criminal fraud charges against the dealer and employees involved.
Most Bankruptcy Courts don't look favorably on fraud in the Bankruptcy.
