The eye appeal of two (three, six, fifteen) carburetors is unbeatable. I love the looks, but it is twice the hassle of a single carb, and worse fuel economy. The air/fuel distribution between all cylinders is better with multiple carbs, though. It's a "six of one, half-dozen of another" comparison. I went with the 2bbl. because it was cheap and easy to do... and UNdo just as quickly if it didn't work. If I had gotten the dual carb intake, it would have been a lot more work to revert back to the way it was, had I not liked it. The total cost for me to do the conversion was about $40- carb, rebuild kit, and fuel line. The other stuff, I just had lying around. Here are some pictures of the carb on the truck. Sorry I didn't take any of the actual adapter by itself.
