MoPar DeLuxe Model 29 Heater Mounting

I have a question on the mounting of the MoPar DeLuxe Heater. I believe I have it assembled correctly in the above picture.

I assume I'm missing two additional nuts that will hold the unit to the fire wall. Is this correct?
