Ewwww... yeah. I went and looked at this truck. Best case scenario: Jack-up the radiator cap and put a new truck under it.
If a guy is REALLY HANDY with sheet-metal repair/welding, it could be okay. Has a great engine ready to go with it... but the truck, thanks to our use of salt on the roads in winter, has left the truck redone in sort on an "Early American Corrosion" motif.
