As soon as you get his cashier's check for $40 million, be sure to send a personal check of your own for $4000 to his shipping agent who will then come and pick up your truck. I used to get a lot of Africans who were very excited about buying lots of items from my web page to sell in the store they were setting up. I always told them we would be happy to sell them all that stuff, but that due to exchange rate fluctuations, we did require payment in advance in the form of gold coin of reputable mint. I never heard anything more from any of them.
