Cab mounts

Has anyone bought and installed the rubber cab mounts from VPW?
Is the proper way to install them with two rubber bshings under the frame mount and two over the cab mount, and the big flat washers on top inside the cab? If anyone has, and happens to have pictures or just can give me help on the installation...

Update, Ive been told my cab will be done being painted by the end of the month. Boy if its not, watch out. No movement since Memorial Day weekend....Im gonna snap!!
