The cab would "fit" but a lot of the frame would show as Power Wagons sheetmetal under the doors is a lot shorter. You're in for quite a bit of work to get all the alignment right if your going with a stock bed and getting the front end sheetmetal on. Lord knows I'm not saying it can't be done, but don't mislead yourself in thinking it's a weekend job.
Frames aren't that hard to come by and for the amount of work your looking at I'd advise to go with one that fits.
