If your computer is causing you to send bad emails to people, it is a pretty serious problem. Much more serious than an email that won't stop recieving bad emails. In other words, an email adress change will not help you.
Depending on what operating system you have, there are many good programs that can help you clean out whatever spyware/keyloggers you have on your computer. "Windows Defender" and "CCleaner" are your best bets.
"Windows Defender" can be found on the Microsoft website and "CCleaner" can be found at www.filehippo.com. You should take care of this pretty quickly, in case any other information you have is compromised.
