Payed for a 24x24 Metal and a crushed rock floor for a pickup, Jonh Deere M etc. It sweats all the time. We keep a window open and the doors 2-3 feet up and it still sweats. I mean water drips from the roof kind of sweating.Everything rusts and gets mildew on it. Go wood and vinyl that way you dont have to paint. You can add on later and no one will ever know it.
