At this point, I'm in the planning stages.
I can do all the work myself which will save a tremendous amount of money but I realize that $10k may come up short.
The extra deep/wide footings and 2x6 frame work would be for future provisions, . . overhead apt??
If I go with the "throw it up" metal building, I will only lay the minimum footings but will still go with a 5" to 6" interior slab. Just a preference of mine.
