Went to House of Hose today and the guy sold me some spiffy blue radiator hose -- told me it's what "all the truckers" are using and it "lasts forever". 2" was $15/ft vs $12/ft for black rubber. 1-1/2" and 1" were similar. I was impressed with the flexibility of the 1" for doing the stubby little bypass hose where there's only about 1/2" gap between the heater outlet and the water pump and they're never lined up very well. It doesn't look authentic, but am just curious if anyone else is using it. The inside is red and the outside is light blue.
