Where have you tried to get them from? $150 sounds expensive to me. I had one trashed one on mine, so made a new one from a grade 8 bolt. Took a while, but time was cheap then and I couldn't get anything else at the time. Just be careful and take your time when you drill the new grease holes. I first cut, then shaped the bolt head with small angle grinder, drill the grease holes, tapped for the zerk, then cut the excess thread off - works fine.
