That was me. Plus I have to say I was suprised at the end. I won 2nd place for best classic four wheel drive, an award for the oldest four wheel drive and (this award was the most important for me) firemans choice award for the best of the show. All the hard work paid off. The best part of the show for me was explaining to all the viewers about the truck. I also had two original sales brochures to show everyone interested how dodge designed and marketed the truck. plus all the attachments and equipment that were available for the truck. It was a beautiful day, there were a lot of great trucks there and the people attending were great. I'm sorry that I missed the Dodge Boys. I only left my rig for a short stint to use the facilities and refill the tank with a couple of belley whoppers that the fireman were cooking up (the food was great by the way). next show is the fall roll out at Reiglesville, Pa. If you go to it you have to stay to the end for the burn outs. The whole crowd lines both sides of 611 in Reiglesville, Pa., and as all the Hot Rods leave everyone burns out-literally melting the tires_as they leave the show. It's an annual tradition. LOL Jim.
