Don't Know what clutch you used but my 11 inch is much easier to use than the 10 inch. A lot less leg pressure and much smoother engagement. All positive.
The 11" has four prong engagement with the bearing as opposed to the three prong of the 10" My set up came from a school bus perhaps yours came from a very heavy duty situation? At any rate my 53 Power Wagon is getting the same setup.
