I buy the windshield frame to body gasket from Roberts Motor Parts. Using some soapy water it goes on with little fuss. I then close the windshield frame tightly and let it sit in the sun for a few days to heat and train the gasket.
My glass shop does everything else. With hoy Urethane, there is no gasket. The hot urethane beds and cements in the glass. The glass guys told me they can remove broken glass from a hot urethane job with no issues.
