Common problem with vehicles laid up over the winter and in a humid environment. Mark has mentioned the most common way that usually works. If it doesn't work this way, you can remove the clutch cover, push the pedal to the floor and jam it there (a piece of wood against the seat works) get underneath and use a putty knife or similar to separate it. You can usually see which face it is stuck to. Another way is to start it in gear and while driving it with the clutch pushed in jam the brakes on a couple times.
If none of the above work, you can back off the pressure plate bolts and try to break it free with the pedal depressed - still no good? Pull it apart.
